- With bare feet
It is best to walk barefoot on areas with pebbles, sand or gras. These surfaces stimulate the natural development of muscules and feet and stimulate nerve endings. If possible, children should move as little as possible on flat surfaces.
- Don’t worry about my flat feet
During the first months, the child’s foot is soft and elastic because it is not yet adapted to load and movement. Flat feet are usually transient during development.
- My feet are unique
Every child’s foot during development is unique and differs from child to child. For this reason, it is not recommended to wear shoes already worn by other children.
- Left and right foot are not the same
There may be a difference between the left and right foot, so it is necessary to try both shoes when buying them.
- After kindergarten in store
In the afternoon, our legs due to daily activities swell and become longer and wider than in the morning. For this reason it is advisable to buy shoes in the afternoon.
- Take me with you
It is best to have your child with you when buying shoes. Shoes should be tried in a standing position, as the feet are then longer than in a sitting or lying position. Give different models of shoes, the child must make a few steps in them, so that we can easily assess whether the model and the number are appropriate and how the child feels in them. Remember that socks are a must when trying the on!
- At least two pairs of shoes
Regardless of the quality, we recommend that each child have at least two pairs of shoes that he can change.
